Get Real San Antonio teens! Join the SACFL Get Real Club!
Want to get involved in pro life work at your high school? Want to lead your friends in to an understanding of what it means to be pro life? Want to actively work for an end to abortion? Then the Get Real Club is for you!
To find our more information about the San Antonio Coalition for Life Teen Get Real Clubs contact our coordinator Patty King at getreal@sacfl.org. Type "Get Real" in the subject line and we'll get you in contact with other Get Real Club teens at your high school, or if your school doesn't have a club, we'll help you to get one started! Each year the San Antonio Coalition for Life will offer a scholarship essay contest to students active and involved with the Get Real Club. The college scholarship will be awarded at the annual SACFL banquet in April.
So Get Real Teens! Get involved, be Real leaders for pro life, and be active in a Club at your high school!
Team Susie for Life
Susan Marie Calvey Martin was a spirited, loving sidewalk counselor for the Brazos Valley Coalition for Life for many years and saved the lives of at least 6 babies.
She contracted cancer in the spring of 2006 but continued to actively protest abortion and even came to the clinic in her wheelchair. Susie passed away on February 14, 2007. Her parents live in San Antonio.
Please go to www.teamsusie.com to read more about Susie and to donate to or apply for the "Team Susie for Life" sidewalk counselor scholarship that was set up in her honor by her parents.
